Payments unlock access automatically. Use this for the exceptions: restart someone who's back for another climb, comp a spot, fix a paid-with-a-different-email case, or cut off a non-payer. Their history, targets and waiver survive either way.

One click, one spreadsheet: every member with their reward pick, cut, size, colour, crew and code, plus forecast so you can see who's on track to earn it. Take it straight to the printer.

Run this once the climb ends (day 42 onwards). It locks in everyone's final compliance, marks 90%+ finishes as mastered climbs, and updates every rank from Hawk to Dragon. Safe to re-run: it recalculates rather than double-counts.

A crew is a company or group climbing together. When a team locks in, create their crew here and give the organiser the code - their people enter it at zerozerodays.com/app/ and skip the individual paywall (the team's payment covers them). Everyone with the same code shares a team scoreboard.

A league links crews together so allied companies climb against each other: one shared standings page, one mountain with every company's logo on the trail, and every individual ranked across all companies. Create it with the host company's crew code - the league carries their name. Then open any crew below and add it to the league as a guest. Give each crew a logo from its dropdown too - logos are the mountain markers.
