Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer & Privacy
ZeroZeroDays · Version v1 · August 2026 · Applies to all climbs, season passes and team programs.
1. Who we are and what this is
ZeroZeroDays ("we", "us") is operated by Prestige Success Pty Ltd (ABN 95 518 756 560), trading as Prestige-Fit (Brisbane, QLD, Australia). We run the 42-day consistency challenge and related programs at zerozerodays.com. By purchasing a spot, creating an account or taking part in any climb, you agree to these terms.
2. The program
ZeroZeroDays is a habit and consistency program. You choose daily and weekly targets across training, nutrition, recovery and mindset, log them in the app, and are coached against your own plan. It involves physical exercise and changes to eating, sleep and daily routines.
3. Health disclaimer - read this properly
We are coaches, not doctors. Nothing in this program - including videos, tools, food-planning guides and coach messages - is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Information provided is general in nature and may not suit your circumstances.
- Our pre-exercise screening is based on the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening System (APSS) used across the Australian fitness industry. Before starting, complete it honestly and completely.
- If you tick any screening item, are pregnant or have given birth in the last 12 months, are over 65 and untrained, or have any doubt about your health, you must obtain clearance from your GP or an appropriate health professional before day one. Participating without that clearance is your decision and at your own risk.
- Stop exercising and seek medical help immediately if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or faintness.
- Never ignore professional medical advice because of something in this program.
4. Assumption of risk and release
Physical exercise carries real risks, including muscle and joint injury, cardiovascular events and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. By participating you acknowledge these risks and accept them voluntarily.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Civil Liability Act 2003 (QLD)), you release ZeroZeroDays, Prestige-Fit, and their owners, coaches and contractors from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our reckless conduct or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
5. Your responsibilities
- Answer the intake and health screening truthfully and keep us updated if your health changes.
- Train within your capability; scale or skip anything that causes pain.
- Keep your login to yourself. Your spot is personal and not transferable without our OK.
- Log honestly. The scoreboard, the 90% Club and the guarantee all rely on real data.
6. Payments, refunds and the guarantee
- Prices are in AUD and payable in advance via Stripe. Your spot activates for the email used at checkout.
- All purchases are final. When you pay, you are committing to the climb - that commitment is part of the product. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, pro-rata adjustments or cancellations for change of mind, non-attendance, missed days, an incomplete climb, loss of motivation, travel, work or personal circumstances, or any other reason within your control. Your spot is reserved, capped and resourced from the moment you pay.
- One flexibility, before day one only: email us before your climb starts and you may transfer your spot once to the next climb. From day one onwards there are no transfers - the climb you paid for is the climb you are on.
- Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded applies (for example, if we fail to provide the program at all), you remain entitled to the remedies the law provides.
- Any advertised guarantee (for example, the finisher Tee or a results guarantee) applies only when its stated conditions are met: 90%+ compliance across the climb and recorded day-1 and day-42 check-in numbers.
- Team seat deposits secure places for the stated number of staff and are applied to the team invoice.
- Access period: each purchase includes app access for seven (7) weeks from your climb's start date - the 42-day climb plus a one-week wrap-up window. After that, access closes until your next purchase. Your history, targets, check-ins and photos are retained and reconnect automatically when you return.
- We may remove access where no valid payment exists for the current program.
7. Community and conduct
Leaderboards show your name (or chosen display name), profile photo if you add one, and progress to your coaches, and - for team programs - to your teammates. Where your team takes part in a Summit Series league, the same details and your scores are also visible to members of the other companies in that league - that shared visibility is the point of the series. Be decent. We may remove anyone who is abusive, cheats the scoreboard or misuses the platform; removed access for misconduct is not refunded.
8. Media and marketing (optional)
Only if you tick the boxes at sign-up: you consent to us using photos/video that include you, and your first name and results, in ZeroZeroDays marketing; and to receiving marketing messages from us. You can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing us.
9. Privacy
- We collect your contact details, intake answers, health screening, logs and check-in numbers to run the program, keep you safe and coach you.
- Data is stored in our secured database (Supabase) with access restricted to you and your coaches. Payment details are handled by Stripe - we never see your card number.
- Health information is used only for coaching and safety. We never sell your data. We share it only with your coaches, or where the law requires.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and data, at info@zerozerodays.com. We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
10. The app
The app is provided as-is. We aim for it to be available throughout your climb but do not promise uninterrupted access; missed logging due to outages is fixed with backfill, not compensation. We may update features during a climb.
11. Progress photos and your image
- Progress photos you upload (day-1 and day-42 sets) are private to you and your coaches. They never appear on any scoreboard and are never shared with teammates or other members.
- They are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket in our secured database and are used only for coaching and, where the guarantee is claimed, verifying progress.
- Your profile photo, if you add one, is visible to your coaches and to teammates on shared scoreboards. You can replace or remove it at any time.
- Photos are only used in marketing if you gave the optional media consent at sign-up, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
12. Electronic signing
You agree to transact and sign electronically in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001. Typing your full name in the signature field, after ticking the consent boxes, constitutes your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. We record the signed name, the terms version you accepted, and the date and time of acceptance as evidence of your agreement.
13. Measurement windows, rewards and Ascension Levels
- Starting numbers and day-1 photos may be recorded from 72 hours before your climb's start date; finishing numbers and day-42 photos up to 72 hours after day 42. Entries outside these windows may be disregarded for guarantee and mastery purposes.
- A "mastered climb" means 90%+ compliance with recorded day-1 and day-42 numbers showing progress toward your stated goal. Three mastered climbs at a level earns the next Ascension Level.
- Finisher rewards (Tee, Singlet or other items) are earned under the stated conditions, are personal to you, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Compliance scores, mastery decisions and level assessments are made in good faith from your logged data; our determination is final, applied consistently and fairly.
14. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to sign up. A person aged 16 or 17 may participate only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete and sign the intake and waiver on their behalf and accepts these terms for them. The program is not available to anyone under 16.
15. The guarantee claim process
To claim any advertised results guarantee, email us within 14 days of your climb's day 42. Claims are assessed against your logged data: 90%+ compliance, day-1 and day-42 numbers recorded inside the measurement windows, and photos where you have chosen to provide them. An approved claim entitles you to a free entry in the next climb; it is not redeemable for cash.
16. Our changes and cancellations
We may adjust coaches, program content or app features during a climb without notice, provided the substance of the program is preserved. If we postpone a climb's start date, your spot moves with it or you may transfer to the next climb. If we cancel a climb entirely before it starts, you choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next climb.
17. Communications
By joining, you agree to receive service communications about your climb - login links, check-in reminders, coach nudges and program updates - by email and SMS. These are part of the program, not marketing. Marketing messages are only sent with the separate optional consent at sign-up, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out.
18. Intellectual property
The ZeroZeroDays name, logos, app, programs, tools, guides and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your access is a personal, non-transferable licence for your own participation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish or use any part of the program to build or operate a competing product or service. Your own data and photos remain yours.
19. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the program is limited to the amount you paid for your current program, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This cap does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, and nothing in it affects your Australian Consumer Law rights.
20. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms between climbs; the version you accepted applies to your current program, and material changes will be flagged before your next climb.
