The one rule

Zero zero days. Every single day.

Something beats nothing, but doing something consistently is the whole game. Most challenges die the first time you miss a workout, because there's no structure to catch you and no longer-term plan behind them. Ours is built for exactly that moment. A bad day is never a lost day. It's just a smaller one. Ten minutes of walking. Protein at two of three meals. One day, one rep, one choice at a time. The cell on your grid fills in pale instead of sitting empty, the climb continues, and you watch your consistency score and its forecast move in real time.

You don't need a perfect day. You need a non-zero day. Forty-two of them in a row, and you're not the same person who started. Rest, then climb again. Before you know it a year has passed and you won't recognise who you were.
Why we call them climbs

Every 6-week challenge is a mountain. You'll summit five a year.

42 days from base camp to summit, logging your targets daily with check-ins every 1-3 weeks. Between climbs, three weeks at base camp to recover before the next 42-day climb departs. Over Christmas, seven weeks of summer camp. Each peak, you stretch one small notch higher. The rule never changes: no zero days, even in the valleys. That's how your new normal gets built, with ease.

Taranaki2,518 m · Climb 2Mar–May
Kilimanjaro5,895 m · Climb 3Jun–Aug

Your year: five named peaks, four base camps, one 7-week summer over Xmas/NY. Each climb one notch higher.
How it works

Simple on the surface. Serious underneath.

01

Pick your targets

Weights, cardio, protein, sleep, water, sun, routines. Choose as many as you like (three is the sweet spot). Each climb, carry what works and add one. Nail a target six climbs straight and it's mastered: yours for life.

02

Log daily in seconds

One tap per target. Your live compliance % updates instantly on your phone, your desktop and your team's scoreboard.

03

Get your next best move

The system finds your leak and tells you the one action that moves your score most. Your coach sees it too. Nobody slips quietly.

04

Summit on day 42

Re-test, with before & afters to measure your progress, then celebrate at awards night. Three weeks of base camp follow, and the next peak is one small notch higher. A tiny stretch more, or keep mastering consistency.

The only number that matters

Forget other measures. Chase one number: 90% consistency.

Weight, energy, strength, photos: they're all outcomes, and outcomes follow behaviour. Your compliance score is the one thing you fully control, so it's the only thing we ask of you. Ultimately, it's the only thing that matters. Hit 90% and everything else takes care of itself.

90%

Hit 90% compliance and don't get a result? Your next climb is free.

We can make this promise because the people who show up at 90% always transform. The system works when you take full responsibility and do the work. One condition: claims are settled with numbers. Your day-1 and day-42 check-ins (DEXA or smart scale, logged in the app) decide it, not vibes.

Two marks earn the Tee at every summit

1 · 90% compliance: finish the climb at 90% or over. 2 · Proven progress: your day-1 to day-42 numbers move in the direction of your goal. A fat loss goal means fat lost. A strength goal means more on the bar. Tick both and your level Tee or Singlet is earned.

Challenge Ascension Levels

Like a belt system. But cooler.

Master each level three times: 90% compliance and real progress toward your goal, each climb. Three mastered climbs and you ascend. Eight levels, eight animals, from Hawk to Dragon. Your level determines what gets printed on every reward you earn.

Questions

Asked often. Answered straight.

What if I miss a day?

You won't lose the challenge. In reality you won't even lose progression. You'll do a rescue rep: ten minutes of anything keeps the day non-zero and your grid unbroken. And logging stays open for seven days, so Friday's session can still be ticked off on Monday. The rule is never perfection. The rule is never zero.

I'm a beginner. Is this for me?

Especially you. Your score measures compliance, not performance. You choose targets you can own, and you compete on the one thing everyone controls equally: showing up.

What happens between climbs?

Three recovery weeks: de-load, re-test, reflect, and stay consistent with what you've mastered without the logging and compliance pressure, while you pick your next stretch. One rule stands. Over Christmas and New Year we give you a lighter 7-week Summer Camp. Social, easy, casual.

How does the 90% Guarantee actually work?

Finish a climb at 90% or over and your check-in numbers decide the rest: measurable progress toward your goal earns your Level Tee or Singlet, and if nothing moved, your next climb is free. Either way, log your day-1 and day-42 numbers (scan, scales or strength benchmarks). No numbers, no claim, no Tee.

Can my workplace, club or friend group run this?

Yes, and it's brilliant for it. Any crew works: a company, a footy club, four mates keeping each other honest. Every person gets their own login and tracker, and the whole team shares a live scoreboard: team compliance, non-zero rate, and a ranked leaderboard. Because the score measures consistency rather than fitness, the quiet achiever in accounts can beat the gym junkie in sales. Companies use it for wellness programs and reward the 90% Club at the end. Teams start at 4: pick your headcount below, reserve with a 10% deposit, and we sort the rest together, including smart scales for the team.

Do I need to be a Prestige-Fit member?

No, and you don't even need our gym. The Anywhere pass ($249) runs the full challenge from wherever you train: your own gym, home, or with your PT. Or go All-Access ($599) and get 6 weeks of full Prestige-Fit access with your climb. Most All-Access climbers end up joining, which makes every future climb cheaper.
