A 42-day team climb. Every person picks their own daily health targets and is scored on one thing: showing up. Not fitness level, not weight lost. So the beginner in accounts can beat the gym junkie in sales, the quiet ones join in, and it does not collapse in week two.
That is the bet, stated plainly. Nobody can put a clean dollar figure on it, and we will not pretend to. What we can do is make the first link real, measure it, and hand you the numbers. The evidence, including the awkward parts
Our first crew, live, as at 3 October. Day-42 numbers land 18 October and go here.
You have almost certainly been sent a wellness proposal quoting a return of three, five or six dollars for every one spent. Trace any of them and they land in the same three places: uncontrolled before-and-after studies, insurer marketing, and vendor case files where only the companies with a success story bothered to submit one. Not one of the popular figures comes from a controlled trial, and the large randomised trials since did not reproduce any of it.
So there is no ROI multiple anywhere on this page. Here is what does survive checking, and it is more useful than a made-up number.
For scale: those exercise effect sizes sit alongside cognitive behavioural therapy and above the typical figure for antidepressants in head-to-head analyses. Exercise is not a substitute for treatment and we are not suggesting it is. But if you are asking what a structured, coached, six-week programme can plausibly do for how your people feel, the mental health literature is where the strong evidence lives, and it points squarely at short, higher-intensity, individually-targeted programmes. Which is what this is.
The caveat we volunteer, because you would find it anyway. You cannot blind someone to whether they are exercising, so some of that effect is expectation. In the handful of trials with the tightest controls the effect shrinks and loses significance. We think the finding holds. We are not going to pretend the argument is closed.
A seat is $179. At Australian full-time wage rates plus on-costs, a day of absence costs an employer around $494. So the programme breaks even at about 2.75 hours of avoided absence per person per year.
The evidence on sick days is split. One pooled analysis of randomised workplace trials found 1.56 days avoided per person per year, which would clear the seat price several times over. A 2026 meta-analysis found no significant drop at all, and two of the largest trials ever run agree with it. We would rather you heard that from us. So the sick-day sum is the upside case, not the promise. The promise is the first link in the chain: fitter, healthier, happier people, measured in your own team, which is a thing you can actually check.

Swap one night in a corporate box for six weeks climbing against your clients and suppliers, in a private league with your name on it. Three hours of small talk becomes 42 days of daily contact, and everyone leaves healthier.
As host, you name the whole battle. "The [YourCo] Summit Series" is the classic, or make it entirely yours: The Standing Invitation, The High Ground, Get Healthy and Fit with [YourCo]. Your name leads the league page, your logo sits on top, and every guest company remembers who brought everyone together.
One shared standings page. Teams ranked by compliance, so a four-person firm can beat a forty-person one. Company logos race each other up the mountain, and every individual across every company is ranked on one board. The banter runs itself.
A corporate box buys you three hours of small talk. A Summit Series buys 42 days of shared effort, daily scoreboard rivalry and genuine camaraderie with the exact people you want to do business with - while everyone gets healthier instead of hungover.
The same engine turns inward brilliantly: HR vs Operations vs IT vs Sales, every department a team in your own internal series. Nothing unites a floor like a scoreboard, and nothing fills the kitchen with talk like Finance leading week three.
Cover every seat as the grand gesture, or each company pays its own way. We shape it with you on one call, and it can run every climb, five times a year, so the relationships compound like the fitness.
Every team is different. Stack what fits, skip what doesn't. Final pricing confirmed on your call.
